HEALTHY MEATBALL DIY
* 1 cup breadcrumb
* 300g boneless chicken meat
* 1 large egg
* 2 Tbsp mixed italian herbs
* salt and pepper to taste
* Crumb coat
* eggs, breadcrumb
1. In a chopper, place breadcrumbs, chicken, egg, italian herbs, salt and pepper. Process till you get a fine mixture.
2. Scoop the meat out using a measuring spoon to ensure meatballs made are identical in size.
3. Shape measured out meat mixture into balls.
4. Coat with seasoned beaten eggs and brundcrumbs
5. Cook in air fryer at 180C for 10-15 mins or until golden brown. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce!

- if meat mixture too soft to shape, chill for about 15mins before shaping.
